Principal’s Message

Education lays the bedrock of national progress—it nurtures minds, empowers individuals, and inspires generations. Guided by our motto, “The sky is the limit,” Cantonment Public School and College, Saidpur (CPSCS) began its journey on April 4, 1979, with a vision to shape skilled, enlightened, and value-driven citizens. Over the years, CPSCS has emerged as a symbol of academic excellence both nationally and internationally. The institution has received the Best Educational Institution Award multiple times and most recently ranked 4th among all Bangladesh Army-administered institutions. Our students have also earned global recognition by winning prestigious international awards.

In pursuit of quality education, CPSCS implements diverse strategies—multimedia classrooms, special assessments, tutorial sessions, and motivational programs. A prefect system promotes student leadership, while various co-curricular clubs foster individual talents. To personalize instruction, we use a classification model identifying students as: Willing and Able, Willing but Unable, Unwilling but Able, and Unwilling and Unable.

This approach allows our experienced faculty to provide targeted support, ensuring every learner receives the guidance they need. CPSCS also prioritizes teacher development through regular training programs to enhance instructional quality. Our digital automation system and interactive website offer easy access to results, attendance, fees, and reports—promoting transparency and timely communication. Creativity remains central to our approach, with creative learning boards encouraging critical thinking and innovation. Our alumni continue to excel at home and abroad, while many current students have secured admission to medical, engineering, and top public universities nationwide.
