The Aim and Purpose of Counseling Center

  1. The primary aim is to support students’ academic success by addressing their emotional, social and academic challenges. This involves providing guidance to help students navigate challenges, develop essential skills and achieve their academic goals.
  2. Promoting support to students dealing with stress, emotional distress, anxiety, frustration, depression and other mental health concerns that may impact their academic performance and overall well-being.
  3. Assisting in resolving educational, social and psychological challenges that students may encounter during their academic studies and facilitating their academic journey smoothly.
  4. Providing guidance to students for facing academic difficulties, personal or family problems, emotional stress and other challenges.
  5. Fostering a strong relationship with students, creating a safe and supportive environment, encouraging to continuing relentless efforts for restoring confidence in them.
  6. Coordinating with faculty members to address educational, behavioral, social, psychological and mental health-related cases that some students may face.
  7. Facilitating academic success or struggle including time management, study skills and test taking strategies to improve their performance.

However, counseling facilities is essential in assisting students in overcoming the challenges of their academic path by providing with guidance, support and direction.
